How does payment work?
Storyield charges the merchant a fixed fee for each 24h Story that completes and is verified — a fixed amount per Story, never a percentage of the product's price. It is a B2B service fee, not payment processing: Storyield never holds or moves money, and creators never pay and never get paid.
What if the Story is deleted before 24h?
If the Story is removed before 24h, the order is cancelled. After 3 failures, a formal claim is issued. After 5 failures, the creator is permanently blacklisted.
Why is there a 6-month minimum?
Building a creator audience on Storyield takes time. The 6-month commitment ensures you have enough runway to see real results. After 6 months, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if a creator deletes their Story early?
We verify each Story through its Instagram insights. If a Story is deleted before 24 hours, the deal is automatically cancelled and no fee is charged.
